There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from doing everything right and still not seeing results. You have read the books, done the affirmations, followed the advice, shown up consistently, and somewhere underneath all of that effort is a quiet, frustrated voice asking what the hell is actually going on.
That is exactly where this episode starts. In Episode 137 of the Spiral Up Podcast, I share something I lived for years before I finally understood what was creating the block. It was not my strategy. It was not my work ethic. It was the energy underneath my actions, and what it was transmitting to everyone around me without me saying a word.
The truth is, you are always manifesting. The question is whether the frequency you are operating from is aligned with what you actually want. When you are acting from force, desperation, or quiet fear, that energy creates what I call a frequency leak. And other people can feel it in less than a second, before you open your mouth, before you make your pitch, before you show up for the conversation you have been preparing for.
When that leak goes unaddressed, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Results slow down, doubt creeps in, you compensate by doing more, and the cycle tightens. The fix is not more action. It is becoming the aligned version of you before you act, and that is what the BE-DO-HAVE framework is built to do.
Here is what this episode will help you understand and apply:
Why force, hustle, and overcompensating create frequency leaks that repel the very results you are working toward
How your biofield transmits coherence or incoherence to others in less than a second, and what that means for your sales calls, your content, and your relationships
The difference between the DO-BE-HAVE trap, the HAVE-DO-BE trap, and the BE-DO-HAVE framework that actually closes the gap
How to show up with aligned, spirit-led action and a cheerful heart even when results are not yet visible
Why constant doing is a form of control, and how releasing it opens the door to miracles

Frequency Leaks: The Hidden Reason You're Not Manifesting Faster
You have done the work. You are coachable, consistent, and following every piece of advice you have been given. You have the vision board, the affirmations, the morning routine. And you are still not seeing the results you want, so you do the thing that makes the most logical sense to a high achiever: you do more.
Here is what I want you to consider. What if doing more is exactly what is creating the block?
The Two Patterns That Create Frequency Leaks
In Episode 137 of the Spiral Up Podcast, I break down the two most common manifestation blocks I see in the women I work with. I call them frequency leaks, and they are sneaky because from the outside, both patterns look like effort and discipline.
The first is the DO-BE-HAVE trap. This is where you are grinding, hustling, and overcompensating, believing that if you just put in enough reps, results will eventually follow. The problem is not the action itself. It is the energy underneath the action. When you are operating from force, desperation, or a quiet fear that you are not enough, that frequency is leaking through your biofield. Other people can pick up on it in less than a second without you saying a word. Their mirror neurons are scanning your energy field and reading whether you are stable or not before your first sentence is finished. When what you are saying and what your nervous system is broadcasting do not match, it creates static, and the other person feels it as something being off, even if they cannot name it.
The second is the HAVE-DO-BE trap. This is where you are waiting for everything to be perfectly in place before you take action. You will start when you have more followers, more proof, more certainty. But waiting for a condition before you act is not wisdom. It is the opposite of faith. And manifestation, at its core, is faith in action.
Both patterns come back to the same root issue. The identity underneath the action has not shifted yet. You can do all the right things and still be operating as the version of you that does not have the thing yet. That is the leak.
What Coherence Actually Means
Coherence is what happens when your thoughts, emotions, nervous system, and beliefs are all aligned with what you want before you take action. When you are in a coherent state, your biofield becomes magnetic. You attract instead of chase. You move with confidence and ease instead of force and proving. People feel safe and drawn to your energy without knowing why.
Noncoherence is the opposite. It is the static that comes from saying one thing while feeling another. It is showing up to a sales call while quietly hoping the other person cannot tell how much you need the yes. It is posting content from a place of desperation dressed up as consistency.
The good news is that coherence is not a personality trait you either have or do not have. It is a state you can learn to access before you act. That is exactly what the BE-DO-HAVE framework is designed to do.
The BE-DO-HAVE Framework
Most people have the sequence backwards. They are waiting to feel good until after they get the result. BE-DO-HAVE flips that entirely. It asks you to become the aligned, confident, trusting version of yourself first, before you take the next action, before the external world has caught up, before anyone else can see the evidence.
That means asking yourself before you post, pitch, show up, or reach out: who am I being right now? Not what am I doing. Who am I being. Am I operating from love, joy, peace, gratitude, and freedom? Or am I operating from fear, scarcity, and the desperate need to prove?
When you take action from that first place, grounded, knowing, cheerful even when results are not yet visible, everything shifts. Not just how you feel, but what you attract. The actions are the same. The energy behind them is completely different. And that energy is what determines whether your effort creates momentum or creates more of the same.
Constant doing, when it comes from a place of mistrust, is a form of control. It is you trying to force an outcome instead of allowing God to work through you. And waiting for a condition before you believe is not strategy. It is a block. What you want is on its way, or something better is. The work is becoming the version of you who already knows that, and acting from there.
This Is Not About Doing Less
I want to be clear about something because this is where a lot of people get confused. BE-DO-HAVE does not mean you stop taking action. Aligned action is a required part of the equation. The difference is in the energy you bring to it. When you ask yourself what God is leading you toward, show up as if what you asked for is already on its way, and take the next step with a cheerful heart, that is not the same as forcing and overcompensating. That is faith in motion.
You are not behind. You are not broken. You are not doing it wrong. You are just operating from the wrong end of the sequence. And that is the most fixable problem there is.
