I'm a shaman Reiki healer, and I'm here to share all of the good information on holistic healing that's available to us right now. And in the future, um, I have a wonderful guest today. Her name is Lashelle Weee. She is a coach.
She has amazing energy, and we're gonna talk about the importance of knowing what our emotions are, especially subconsciously. And we're gonna do a live voice analysis of my voice. Today on the show. So I have no idea what's gonna come up. We're just gonna go with it, and I'm excited to get started. So welcome to the show, Lashelle.
LaChelle: Oh, I am so excited to be here. Tina, thank you so much for having me. And I have never done one of these live on the, you know, air before, [00:01:00] so this is gonna be really, really fun. So your guests are in for a treat because we don't know what. We're gonna find out. So it's gonna be really fun. And I, and I love that this has been, um, just an amazing journey to learn all of the different ways that we can heal ourselves.
And, you know, as a trained nurse, anesthesiologist, and former professor who did a lot of research, it took me a little bit to, to kind of wrap my head. Around the ways in which our body can heal and that how western medicine and the things that we have been traditionally leaning into, only scratch the surface of what's possible.
And I kind of went down this rabbit hole about five years ago when my friend introduced me to the technology we're gonna use today. And as a scientist in a researcher, I wanted to understand the science behind why this stuff works so that I could feel confident using it and sharing it. And it totally brought me into this space of being.
Fascinated with brain sites and quantum physics, and that's how I help my clients. And this has been [00:02:00] a key piece to that, both for my own self as well as the people that I help. And so I'm so excited for us to do it today.
Tina: Me too. And I would love for you to tell us, me and the audience more about yourself, and you kind of gave us little tidbit there of your background and.
Just share more about yourself right now.
LaChelle: Really. No, thank you so much, Tina. So I think that like, people are probably like, what the heck? Like you're, you know, you do anesthesia, like what are you doing here? And I think that what was really cool is that I believe that entrepreneurship found me back in 2016, I was introduced to an opportunity to grow an online business and it introduced me to what I call the, and life.
Meaning that I can be challenged and fulfilled and make a difference in the world and be a more present mom and wife. And so I kind of went down that path and. What I've found over the years is that I can tell people what to do in their businesses as a business coach, and I can tell you what strategies to use, but oftentimes we hold ourselves [00:03:00] back and we don't actually execute the things that we think we should do or want to do or being told to do because we have a block that's preventing us from doing it.
And so one of the things that I find that's so fascinating is I love the brain and I love. The energy part of it. And I wanted to figure out why is it that we want to do certain things, but we just can't get ourselves to do it, or we can't get it ourselves to do it consistently, or we can't get ourselves to do it confidently.
And I really just wanted to figure that stuff out. And one of the things that I discovered on that journey, Tina, was that. If we have a subconscious, emotional, energetic block, no matter how much therapy, no matter how much coaching, podcasts, we listen to books, we read journaling that we do, I am affirmations, it's still gonna bump up against these energy blocks because they are stuck.
They're stuck in our subconscious, right? And so what I wanted to do is find a way that we can essentially dissipate [00:04:00] and dissolve. Those stuck energy blocks so that the things that we are doing to help our mind and our brain. Can actually start working because we have these invisible forces that are literally blocking it from being able to happen.
And these energetic blocks can happen from anywhere, from like past traumas, from ourselves. Um, what happens with a lot of us that are like really into personal development? We think that we should be stronger than we are, and so we don't allow ourselves to feel things like frustration or, you know, the, you know, I should know better kind of thing, right?
So then we don't allow ourselves to actually feel the emotion, so they get stuck inside of us. I've also had clients that have come to me that have, um, remnants of past beliefs and energetic blocks from their ancestors. I had a client recently that I was able to do a session with her, and we discovered that it was her grandma.
Who had guilt around her own mom passing away at an early age, [00:05:00] and so she felt like she couldn't enjoy life. And therefore she literally sabotaged herself from taking action and making decisions that would allow herself to enjoy life. And those energetic blocks were passed on to her daughter and her granddaughter, who's my client.
Unbelievable. And so when I can discover these energetic blocks and we can release them, all of a sudden things start to click and you start to actually like, oh, I've always wanted to do that. And now it's just easy for me. And that's what I love.
Tina: Yeah. One of the books that I love is called, it Didn't Start With You.
Mm. Yes. I don't know if you're familiar with that one. I'm, yes. Um, but they do have an exercise in the book where you face your greatest fear.
Mm-hmm.
Tina: And then you look at your ancestors and see if they had. This a similar fear, and it was astounding to see how my greatest fear could have been felt by my [00:06:00] grandparents.
Yes, yes. Maybe not. My great grandparents, I don't, we don't know much about them. Right. But we can at least. Guess mm-hmm. What our grandparents went through. We have some information. And so it, it's just comforting to know that that's It's not just you. Yes. That you are a descendant of all these people who had all these fears and went through some very difficult times.
LaChelle: Yes. Yes. And may not
Tina: have been able to heal it or address it. Mm-hmm. And some of that gets passed down to us
LaChelle: 100%. 100%. And I think that that's often where like our own doubt and our shame and our guilt come in because we're like, oh my gosh. Like why? Why do I suck? Like I wanna do this. Why am I not consistent with this?
And what's so cool about it, Tina, is that this is my belief system, is that. In the quantum space, past, present, and future coexist at the same time. And so what's really cool is that when you can use modalities to heal yourself, now you're actually [00:07:00] healing the generational patterns in the quantum of your ancestors and of your kids because you have been the one brought into the divine space to be able and willing and courageous enough to heal it, right?
Mm-hmm. It's so cool and people don't realize, so like, again, I'm gonna put on my scientist hat and my medical hat that we actually can have energetic blocks that are attached to our genetics. They're passed down in our DNA and people are oftentimes, you know, we don't understand this, and this is kind of where we're gonna get into in with this session of yours, is that 85%, some would argue nearly a hundred percent of our physical disease has an emotional component to it.
Okay. And so, um, can I give you like a little example of that? Of course. Would that of course be with you so I can mm-hmm. Tap into like nerdy brain science, um, terminology if you want to, but there's things called mirror neurons in our brain that can't tell the difference between what is real and what is imagined.
Okay. So, I don't know if you are [00:08:00] afraid of heights at all, but I would love to just ask you if you could even close your eyes and imagine yourself standing in the doorway of a plane at 30,000 feet. Right. And somebody behind you pushes you outta that plane.
If you can answer this, like, do you notice that your heart rate raced a little bit? That your, perhaps your palm started to get a little sweaty?
Tina: Well, you know what I was like, oh, well I can't do anything about it now. Yeah,
LaChelle: yeah. And so it's like I do these exercises all the time with people. Like even if I asked you right now to imagine that you were biting into a lemon.
If you did that, I'm guessing that your mouth is gonna water a little bit. Mm-hmm. Our brain cannot tell the difference between what is real, what is imagined, and oftentimes what happens is, is that we allow for our worry, our stress, imagining the worst case scenario. Right. I imagine the worst case scenario, I'm getting [00:09:00] called into my boss's office and I'm just gonna assume that I'm in trouble.
Right? So my heart races a little bit, I'm kind of coming into it with like rehearsed responses because I'm gonna stick up for myself and I'm, I'm in this heightened energy making up a story that hasn't even. Happened. Right? If you think about that, when you're in that fight or flight, even though it's imagined, your body responds by releasing different neurotransmitters, by releasing different hormones.
So the cortisol, the stress hormone is released. My heart starts to race. My blood pressure gets high, I get sweaty palms, all because I've imagined it. So our emotions and our thoughts and the things that we have going on can actually have a physical. And so what people don't understand is like that's why chronic stress is associated with heart attacks, right?
That makes sense. So if you have unresolved energetic blocks, if we think about the way energy flows and as a reiki master, you [00:10:00] get energy, right? So if energy's supposed to be flowing through my body and I have these, what I would call like wadded up balls of energy that sit in my. Liver, right? I, it's not allowing the energy that's supposed to be flowing for my liver to function properly, and now all of a sudden I'm seeing my lab results show up differently.
Does that make sense?
Mm-hmm. And so
LaChelle: we have to acknowledge that our emotional state is 100% linked to the physical is situation that we have going on in our body right now. And so if you want to get the handle on your quality of life in general, it could be growing your business, like what I help my clients do.
It could be feeling the best version of yourself. It could be becoming and being the best wife and mom that you can be because you're present and happy. You have to get to the root of that and the root of that right is your emotional wellbeing.
Tina: So tell us more [00:11:00] about the voice analysis that we're going to do and um, yeah, what does it reveal? How does it reveal your emotions?
LaChelle: Yeah. So what I would love to do, Tina, if you're cool with this, is we're just gonna go ahead and I'm gonna take you through a session and I'll explain it as we're going along so that our listeners can be able to, to kind of understand this whole process.
And I understand that, you know. You have an amazing show that's available both in video and in, you know, audio. So if you guys have the chance to catch the video version of this, you can actually see me share my screen and see what, what we're looking at here. Okay. So Tina, if you're cool with it, what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go ahead and share my screen now, and then I'll just describe what we're doing as we're doing this.
Is that okay? Yep. Okay, cool. And as, uh, as I do that, I'm gonna just kind of talk and get this ready. At the same time, the founder of this company, whom I've gotten to know personally, started this, um, several decades ago because he and his wife adopted a child that had cerebral palsy and were told by [00:12:00] Western medicine that he would not have a.
Quality of life, he would essentially be a vegetable. And Lauren Swensen went on a pilgrimage essentially across the world to try to come up with different modalities to help him. And some of this has been, um. Discovered by the Russian cosmonauts several decades ago that he tapped into, um, as well as just the computer IT software to bring this technology into the hands of us.
And he actually has a quantum wellness facility in Utah where you can get into this chamber essentially and do this work. But what he was able to do over the past several years is create it. The opportunity for us to be able to tap into the same software that runs that chamber on our mobile devices and our computers.
And so I just love that so much that his mission is to get this in the hands of as many people as possible so that we can have massive healing in our world. Of course, as we all know in our community, right, you and I are are kindred [00:13:00] spirits that big pharma doesn't necessarily want us to know how to heal ourselves, and so I just kind of think it's pretty cool.
Okay, so what we're gonna do, what we're I'm looking at right now is just my general screen, and I am kind of showing you guys what I do on a daily basis, myself as part of my morning routine to get myself energetically ready for the day. And so Tina is, let's see, here we go. This is what I want. Okay. Here you can see.
You can see this. Excellent. Okay, so what I'm gonna do first, Tina, is I am going to do some energetic clearing shielding for you first, because I believe that when we can get ourselves grounded, it allows for the accuracy of this and the healing to take place. And so I'm gonna go ahead and click this.
It's not the most amazing sound, but it's only about 20.[00:14:00]
If that's okay. Next, and then I'm gonna describe to you, so what you guys can.
Tina: Michelle, it's hard to hear you with the sound. So

LaChelle: Okay, now we're done.
Okay. So [00:15:00] what I wanna
LaChelle: say, thank you. Thank you. Now, now I can hear you. Excellent. Cool. Okay, so what I, so what I was saying is that you'll notice that Tina's name is at the top of the screen. Okay. What that means is that I had to create a profile for Tina prior to our session today, and so she is the target of this work.
So essentially what it's doing is it's picking up her unique biofield and the demographics that I asked her for are unique to her in this space. In the, in the, in all of the, the universe. Like she's, this is like her digital thumbprint and it knows exactly what biofuel to pick up on. Okay. And if you guys need me, explain more of that, Tina, by all means.
Um, I don't wanna talk in a, in a way that doesn't make sense to people, but I like to just kind of make this seem more understandable to some. So our bio field is really just the energy field that we've created with all of the, the quantum. Atoms that are rotating in our body. Right. And if you can think about it, my software is kind of like Casey Kasem in his [00:16:00] LA studio back in the eighties doing his top 40.
Okay. Tina is my 98.6 radio station that I was tuning into in my little bedroom in Minnesota. To get my mix tape ready. Okay. So if you think about it, I am essentially tuning into the main station in order to have the receiving and delivery of the correct biofield energy exchange because I have her tapped into her unique station, essentially.
Okay. Hopefully that makes sense. The next thing I'm gonna do, and we don't have to do this for the full three minutes, but I'm gonna hit the grounding. And this is something that I also do every day. So as part of my normal routine, I shield, I clear, I shield and I ground just to get myself centered in the day.
And I'm gonna go ahead and click before, before you click on that, I have a
Tina: question about the bio field. Yeah. Because I know you asked me for. My birthdate. Mm-hmm. Um, my height and weight. And so the bio field is based on that [00:17:00] information I gave you previously.
LaChelle: Correct. Your name, your bio field is, um, off of your name, your, your birthdate, your height, your weight, and then your, once we get your voice in there, it's like, it's gonna be even more accurate.
Okay. Yeah. And, and, um, but it just, it knows exactly what to pick up based on that information. And, um, you are gonna feel this in just a moment. It's really cool. Okay, so I'm gonna go ahead and push the play. I'm just gonna play this for a few seconds so that, so that you can hear it. Okay.
So did that make you feel grounded?
Mm-hmm.
LaChelle: Yes. It's amazing. And so I use these three minute boost all [00:18:00] day long. So we have choices between like supercharger, focus, relax, grounding, and neuro aerobics. And I love the grounding one very much. Okay, so now what we're gonna do is we're gonna go into the voice analysis part.
Okay. And what I'm gonna do, Tina, is I am going to, in just a moment, I'm gonna have you essentially talk to me, and before we record your voice, what I would love for you to do right now is I want you to think of something that makes you feel sad for about five seconds. Can you do that for me?
Yeah.
LaChelle: Okay. Awesome. Now, I'd love you to, to think of something that makes you really happy for about five seconds.
Tina: Okay.
LaChelle: Okay, awesome. So what we're doing right now, you guys is we're giving her her full emotional range. And what's gonna happen in just a moment is I'm gonna have Tina speak for about 10 seconds and is going to [00:19:00] analyze the vibration that is held in her vocal cords. Our vocal cords hold energetic frequencies and it's going to be able to analyze it through a very complex algorithm and it's gonna be able to have her.
Be aware of the three emotions that she's currently over expressing and the one emotion that she's been repressing or pushing down for greater than two years, all based on this 10 seconds. Okay. What I'd love for you to do right now, Tina, is I want you to, um, when I, I'm gonna push this button, it's gonna count down for a couple seconds, and I would love for you to say, I am Tina Clark and that I am statement is just another, um, solidification of your biofield.
And then I want you to just tell me what is. The thing that you're looking forward to the most today. Does that sound okay? Yeah. Okay, cool. All right, so here we go.
Tina: I am Tina Clark.
LaChelle: Um,
Tina: I am Tina [00:20:00] Clark. What I'm looking forward most today is learning about my emotions and perhaps my suppressed emotions.
LaChelle: Okay, awesome. That's great.
Tina: Whoa, that was very Star Trek,
so I am not.
LaChelle: Right. Correct.
You
LaChelle: hear me talking, right? Okay, good. So right now, um, I'm allowing this analysis to happen. Not only is it so that we have a better idea,
but it's other things for us. Number one. Yes.
Tina: Um, the, the, uh, sound is a little bit. Um, low and I don't know what's happening.
LaChelle: Okay.
Tina: Okay. Now you're clear. [00:21:00] Now.
LaChelle: Okay, good. Okay.
Tina: Okay.
LaChelle: So what we're gonna do is we are going to allow for this to analyze both Tina's emotions that are out of range. So the things she's been over expressing consciously or subconsciously, and the one that she's been pushing down for greater than two years.
Okay. The other thing that this did just now is it is going to give us a. Balancing music that she can listen to, that is a prescription for her specific situation that is going to allow to balance out these outer range emotions. So I've mentioned that so many of us are constantly doing the things to try to get better, right?
We're doing the therapy, we're doing the coaching, we're doing affirmations, all the things. And you're like, why is this not working? What we're doing in this space? By creating this musical prescription for her, it, it's almost like two waves that come crash into the ocean, two opposing waves that crash into the ocean cancel each other out.
Just like noise canceling headphones. So what we're [00:22:00] doing is we're taking the outer range emotions that are high, and we're canceling them out with the same prescription of balancing octaves and notes that are gonna bring her back into neutrality. When we do that, it allows for over time those stuck energy levels to slowly dissipate and dissolve.
Now if there's things that you've been experiencing for your whole lifetime or you've had generational things, you might need to listen to something like this more often. Um, that's why a lot of my clients actually have their own subscription to the software so they can run this multiple times a day if they want to.
And so, but what it's gonna do is it's gonna give us a prescription of music is also gonna show us where in your body, Tina, your physical health is being impacted. And based on your voice and your biofield, it's gonna tell you exactly what you need to do to be able to help it. Are you excited for that?
Tina: Yes.
LaChelle: Okay, cool. So I am going to go ahead and share my screen again. Let's see here.[00:23:00]
All right, so what I'm gonna do is I am going to take myself into Tina's report, so thank you for letting us do this. Okay. This is all good. And I will email this to you, Tina, so you'll have access to all of this. I'm gonna point out something that, you know, um, frequencies from sound and music is therapeutic, as is color.
And so we can use these frequencies of color to also help with this. And so we have glasses that I also use with my clients that will, they'll tell them the exact color of glasses to wear and it basically just speeds up the results of this. Okay? So what we have going on right now. Is Tina's report is telling us that she perhaps, consciously or subconsciously, is having an imbalance between conditional love and unconditional [00:24:00] love.
Okay. Now, what I usually tell my clients if you're trying to analyze this report for yourself is I usually go down to the negative emotions and I ask them, if you were to look at this, are there any one of these that are risk? Like, huh? Yeah, that actually. I can totally get that. Um, so if I were to read this for, for Tina right now, it would say conditional love, maybe caused by immature emotional foundation based on using rewards and punishment to communicate one's needs and expectations, possibly passive aggressive, silent treatments or dispute.
Disproving approving comments feel justified when judging others poor self-care and boundaries, while ironically looking for ways to serve others may blame self for others, unkind and unloving behaviors and actions. Do any of those resonate with you, my friend? Okay.
Yes.
LaChelle: Okay. And so, so oftentimes people will either say, oh my gosh, like, [00:25:00] yes.
Or they'll, they'll call me like two days later and be like, holy crap. Like now I totally get what, what it was picking up. So when we listen to the music, what it's gonna do is it's gonna shift you from this negative emotion part, part into. The positive emotion part, which is unconditional love, secure in one's own emotional identity.
Self tolerance supports tolerance of others, interacts in a mature manner with others, acknowledges how their expectations influence the treatment of others. And it's just by listening to freaking music, I'm, that's why it's just. Right. The other thing that I wanted to point out is that you can see if you're looking at the video of this, that it actually is highlighting a part of her body, which is her GI system.
So I can see her liver, her stomach and her intestines are highlighted here. That tells me that this emotional imbalance is also impacting her digestive system. Now energy is gonna be picked up [00:26:00] sooner than a blood test, an MRIA CT scan. Those symptoms happen because of a long-term, um, emotional and, um, energetic, um, imbalance.
So sometimes you're like, okay, but this, you know, it doesn't make sense, but sometimes it's picking it up because you're like, yeah, I've been experiencing that. So, um, what I've also found here is that it's gonna give us some emotions and some potential causes. And so it might be something like, um, um, a mold or a fungus, um, uh, exposure.
The emotions here, love dogmatism and emotional inertia. It can either be caused by that or it could be causing that. And so this is the thing, it's just the relationship part of it. And the good news is, is that I don't necessarily need to care. All I need to do is listen to my music and it takes care of itself.
The other thing that I really love is that it can tell [00:27:00] us where you may have some suggestions. So if you are. Um, looking for like, well, what can I actually do about this? It's telling us you increase hydration, consider a liver detox, consider chiropractic. And I know that you and I talked, um, briefly recently, and you're like, yep, I'm gonna go see the chiropractor.
Mm-hmm. So your body needs that, and it will tell us what your body needs, um, pre and probiotics. Um, reduce stress, um, eat more fruits and vegetables. So it's gonna give you some, some, um. Hints on what you can do to actually improve your life. Okay? And I am gonna, for the sake of time, I'm going to skip going through each one of these in detail, but we can see that it's gonna show us a three.
Part of the things that she's experiencing the most acutely right now. So you might have had, um, I'm, I'm saying like for myself, like if I just had an argument with my husband or if I just received a text message from somebody that was [00:28:00] upsetting, it's gonna be picking up on this kind of stuff. All right, now the fourth one.
That I look at is the one that is going to be, um, picking up something that you've been pushing down or repressing for greater than two years. And this is one where people often tell me, you know, I don't really know. And then they'll call me later. Like, I'm like, oh my gosh, this makes total sense. And so for you, I'm just gonna like, I'm curious, the negative emotion that is picking up in this is suppressed emotional versus self-expression.
And so suppressed emotional expression. Fear of confrontation or expressing emotions may lead to rejection, may result in frustration, discouragement, lack of self approval and apprehension may continually try to fix others to find satisfaction in life. Make, um, and then betrayal and mistreatment by others when unable to defend oneself may result in a difficulty forgetting or letting go.
Now, I have no idea what any of that rec is, um, resonating with you right [00:29:00] now, but the interesting part is your subconscious does
Tina: mm-hmm. Think that describes my childhood.
LaChelle: Okay. All right. And so this makes sense to you. When you listen to the music again, it's gonna shift you into appropriate self-expression, appropriate perception of those who have wronged you.
More com, um, compassion for the weakness and errors, um, easier to forgive, um, and release the effects of emotional stress, more fulfilling and satisfying life with the ability to engage in the whole emotional self. And so the thing is, is that what I love about this is that it doesn't have to be hard. You just listen.
So I'm gonna actually take you into that space. Next. Okay, so I'm going to bring you to. The actual music. Now, I personally like to do it like this where um, you can pick different sounds and I personally like the ambient calming one because I just think it's [00:30:00] lovely and you can listen to it five minutes, 10 minutes, or continuously.
So I love having this on in the background. I personally listen to mine when I'm meditating and praying every morning, um, if I want it to. To give me my prescription of tones, but in, you know, the afternoon when I want more energy, basically the prescription of octaves and notes are built into this music.
So you might not necessarily hear it, but your body will feel it. Okay. So are you ready to listen to your music?
Tina: Yes.
LaChelle: Okay, let's do it. So I'm gonna go ahead and I'm gonna hit five minutes and, and we don't have to listen to the, for the full five minutes, but I will email you this and you can listen to it as much as you want to.

All right, Tina, how are you feeling right now?
Tina: Good. It reminds me of the music that I played during reiki sessions or meditation sessions.
LaChelle: Yeah. And so I'm just curious on like your emotional state. Sometimes people tell me that they just feel lighter. Sometimes they, um, I even have people who just are bursting out in tears.
Um, I would love to know like, how are you feeling right now?
Tina: I feel good. I feel like. A lot of energy around my third eye movement. Yeah. And I, I love music so much, and I believe in the power of music to enhance our wellbeing.
LaChelle: Yes. Awesome. And so what I just, I love [00:33:00] about this is that it doesn't have to be hard.
And when you can look at this in a sense of what can I do to create this emotional wellbeing? And I personally do this every single day, but I don't even look at my reports anymore because I don't care. I just like to know that I'm doing what I need to to fix it. And then I move on from that. Oftentimes I will look at my reports in the sense of just like seeing if the suggestions, if there's a theme, and if I notice that all of them have like the same thing where like, oh, you should probably drink more water.
I'm like, oh, you're catching on that. Right? So I'm, I look at sometimes that, but really it's just a matter of being able to, to know that I'm doing something to. Dissolve those energetic blocks without me having to work harder, if that makes any sense.
Tina: Mm-hmm. So I noticed that when they're listing the emotions, that it's almost like, it's like this emotion versus this emotion.
[00:34:00] So is it suggesting there's a tension between the two?
Yes,
Tina: correct.
LaChelle: Yep. Yep. Absolutely. And so I, I think that it's, um, also really interesting. Some of your listeners might be like, okay, but I heard it. And so if this was Tina's prescription, like how does that impact my body? And this is where I just like completely geek out on all things quantum physics, because there's two things that may be happening.
One is that we have. Quantum entanglement. So even though this is for your biofield, the fact that we are interacting, our electrons in our, in our space are entangling no matter what distance separates us. Okay, so I might be perceiving some of the benefit to it just based on our electrons entangling, because we're interacting or we're connected in life in general, right?
The other thing though, that I love about energy medicine is that your body, your biofield, your consciousness knows [00:35:00] what you need and will only accept what's good for you, and it will reject anything that is not for you. And so that's what I tell people who are new to this technology. For se example, is that it?
You can ask it up. You cannot send energy to somebody and, and disrupt them in a bad way because their consciousness will accept what they need and it will reject what they don't.
Tina: Mm-hmm.
LaChelle: And so those of you guys who listen to what you might have found, like, oh my gosh, like that, that really resonated with me because of the entanglement.
But again, your body is going to only take what it would possibly need, and it would be more profound for you if it was your particular biofield that we were analyzing and your voice that we're analyzing. So,
Tina: yeah. Can you give an example of some, um, of your clients or yourself, you know, once they do this voice analysis, um, what they discovered and what they were able to heal as a result of the information?
Yeah,
LaChelle: I mean, I'm just gonna use myself as the first example because I feel like this is my own [00:36:00] testimony. Even though I'm accomplished, even though I have my doctorate and I was a professor and I was doing all these things, I still struggled with confidence. I still always felt like, oh, they're gonna the imposter syndrome.
Like I'm just faking this till I make it and somebody's gonna find out that I know what the hell I'm doing and, and one of who do I think that I could actually do all of this, I should just stay at my nine to five. Like all of those things. Right. And I was a. Personal development junkie. If you're watching this video, you see all of these books around me.
I've read every single one of them.
Tina: Me too. I constantly, constantly reading and
LaChelle: so, so I'm doing all the damn things right? I, I am doing the coaching, I'm doing the, the affirmations. I'm doing all these things which have all. Been helpful. Been helpful, but I was still bumping up against those blocks. And I found myself, as I've been listening to this and as I've been using this technology for as long as I have, I feel like those blocks have just been able to dissolve.
In fact, one of my, [00:37:00] my, um, clients and friends who's known me for a really long time, she's like, Lashelle, I feel like when you started using this. That you all of a sudden kind of got an edge, like I noticed a shift in you and like you just had this new edge that you didn't have before. And so it's subtle and energy medicine is subtle.
That's one of the things. 'cause if we have too aggressive of ships, it's too much for ourselves. And so what I love is that over time I was like, oh my gosh. Like so now, I mean, I've written two books and I'm writing my third and I'm on stage in front of thousands of people and I'm doing all of these things because I've been able to allow this to serve all of the other things that I'm doing in conjunction with it.
Tina: So do you feel like it's done a lot for your confidence and your sense of self worth?
LaChelle: Yes, 100%. And the other thing that I wanna just say, because I'm a manifesting, you know, coach, that's what I love to do, is create, you know, success with more ease, flow, and joy [00:38:00] instead of the hustle and the overthinking.
And if you subscribe to the law of vibration, the law of attraction, right? We can recognize that when we're vibrating a higher frequency. We are going to attract the ideas, the conversations, the people, the wealth into our life, into our existence, because we are aligned with the frequency of that. Okay? So if I have these unresolved emotional blocks, I am going to be more likely to vibe, be vibrating at a lower frequency.
If I'm vibrating a lower frequency, I'm gonna continue to attract the toxic boyfriend. I'm gonna continue to attract the bosses who treat me like crap. I'm gonna continue to attract clients who tell me that it's not, you know, that they can't afford or it's too expensive, or blah, blah, blah. Do you know what I'm saying?
Mm-hmm. And so I feel like when we can regulate our emotional state, we can allow ourselves to neutralize the things that are throwing us off and we can bring ourselves to the higher frequencies. We're able to manifest the [00:39:00] things that we want in our lives because our emotional regulation is there. And so that's one of the things.
I also believe very much that when we, when we link our emotional wellbeing with our physical health, many of us are very aware of the fight or flight sympathetic nervous system. Correct. Our nervous system is huge when it comes to all of this stuff, our physical health, our emotional wellbeing. And so if we are having this fight or flight thing going on constantly.
And we're not able to regulate our nervous system when we're not able to, to get ourselves to a point where our parasympathetic can start into play, we are not going to be able to perform or to feel our best. In addition, Tina, I'm just gonna say that one of the things that I feel like I help my clients do is to tap into greater consciousness.
Many times I hear people, and it doesn't matter if you're a business owner like my clients are, or if you're just a person who's like [00:40:00] just going through life, right? Oftentimes we feel like we have the weight of the world on our shoulders. We feel like I don't know what to do. We have a hard time making decisions, not because we don't know what to do, but because we're too scared to actually do it.
So there's lots of things that are preventing us right from doing that. What I do is I help my clients understand that we get to tap into the greater consciousness of all. We get to tap into our subconscious, which connects to source, source intelligence in the quantum space. Everything that it ever exists in the past and that ever will exist in the future.
Coexist right now in the quantum. Okay. If I can tap into that greater consciousness, all of a sudden I don't have to figure it out on my own. All of a sudden, I don't have the we of the world on my shoulders anymore because I can tap into the the knower of all knowers to know what to do. But in order for you to be able to tap into that consciousness, you can't be in fight or flight.
Freak out, freeze. You have to be in a place that zen place, right, where you're able to open up your [00:41:00] consciousness to be able to, to connect with the divine, to be able to perceive the guidance, to be able to trust that you hear it correctly. In order to be able to do that, you have have a regulated nervous system.
Does that make sense? Mm-hmm. And so if I'm like all caught up in my to-do list and I'm all stressed out because I have too much on my plate today, or I just had a, a nasty text from my sister, or blah, blah, blah. I'm in a heightened emotional state and I am not gonna be able to tap into divine guidance.
And so that's why I love when I can listen to my, I can do a, a new ten second voice analysis. It gives me the music I need to listen to, and I can bring myself back down to that neutral place. From neutral, we can go up, we can raise our vibration from neutral, we can tap into greater consciousness. The regulation of your emotions, friends are going to be a deal breaker or a quantum manifesting [00:42:00] shift for you to be able to attract things and to get into action to do the things that you're meant to do because you're able to regulate your emotions.
So,
Tina: yeah. Yeah. And I think the great thing about the voice analysis is it's pointing out the emotions that you need to address. Mm-hmm. And I always say the first step to healing is awareness.
LaChelle: Yeah.
Tina: And so you need to know what they are. Mm-hmm. Sometimes just learning what they are is enough. Mm-hmm. To make a change.
