A few things you’ll take away from this episode:
- Why your heart and your brain create a field that reaches past your own skin, and the thirty-second exercise I walked Inul through so he could feel the edge of his
- The question I have my clients ask their body every single day, and why we start with decisions so small they feel silly
- Why there's a delay between wanting something and receiving it, and what an elephant in southeastern Minnesota has to do with the mercy in that
None of this asks you to hand your authority over to me. Become your own guru, friend. Take what feels expansive, leave what feels tight, and let your own body tell you what's true. Then go listen and see what shows up.
[00:45] Moving From Manifestation to the Physics Underneath
Inul Chowdhury opens by introducing Dr. LaChelle Wieme as a motivational speaker with more than fifteen years of public speaking experience, founder and CEO of i-AM Life by Design, and host of the Spiral Up Podcast. He notes this is her third appearance on the show and that the two have known each other for over three years. Their earlier conversations covered manifestation and LaChelle's own story. This one goes to the physics underneath it.
[03:04] The Software That Started the Rabbit Hole
LaChelle shares that her interest began in 2020, when she started using software that shifted and regulated her nervous system and energy field. With a background in anesthesia and research, she wanted to understand the mechanism, and that question walked her into quantum physics. She names the thing most people skip past: even quantum physicists do not fully understand quantum physics. The theories are relatively new, and the concepts feel abstract because most of us learned Newton in school.
[05:12] Why Newton Doesn't Explain the Atom
LaChelle explains that Newtonian physics describes large bodies of mass behaving predictably, the apple falling from the tree. In the early 1900s, researchers studying atoms found that the smallest building blocks of matter did not behave that predictably at all. An atom is a nucleus with electrons rotating around it, and those electrons never stop moving, which means everything is always in motion.
[06:57] Sunlight Through Glass and a Dog Barking Through a Wall
LaChelle anchors the idea in her own office. Sunlight passes through a window she cannot put her finger through. Her dog's bark travels through a closed door and a solid wall. The space those waves move through is created by the rotation of the atoms themselves. Solid is a perception, not a fact.
[09:36] Your Emotions Set the Speed of Your Electrons
LaChelle demonstrates this live on the recording. When she speaks about love, freedom, gratitude, and peace, her voice climbs and quickens. When she speaks about hopelessness and powerlessness, her voice drops and slows without her trying. She explains that the speed of those rotating electrons is measured as vibration and frequency, and that shifting emotional state works like tuning a radio to a different station.
[11:12] The Fingertip Experiment
LaChelle asks Inul to close his eyes and tell her where his fingertips end. He answers that it feels like they extend past his actual skin. She explains heart-brain coherence: the electricity in the heart and the electricity in the brain come together and generate an electromagnetic field around the body. It is the same field an infrared camera reads.
[13:06] Why Your Brain Keeps Showing You the Same Life
LaChelle brings in brain science. The reticular activating system is built for efficiency, so it filters out anything that does not match what it already believes to be true. A person living in despair keeps finding evidence for despair, both because the brain screens for it and because they are tuned to that frequency. She notes that much of that programming was set before age seven.
[15:36] Science, Spirituality, and Who Is Observing the Argument
Inul asks how LaChelle reconciles being a God-centered person with the science she studies. She answers that she looks for the intersection rather than the competition, and that quantum physics, neuroscience, and scripture kept pointing at the same thing. She then asks a question that reframes the whole conversation: when you catch yourself arguing with yourself in your head, who is observing that argument? You are the thinker of your thoughts, not the thoughts themselves. She encourages listeners not to hand their authority to any guru, pulpit, or podcast host, including her.
[18:25] Expansive or Restrictive: How She Asks
LaChelle describes taking her logic and setting it in the other room so her body can answer. A yes feels light and expansive, sometimes goosebumps or shivers. A no feels constrictive, like someone sitting on her chest, like her spirit is being pushed into a small box. She frames the process as following one breadcrumb at a time rather than arriving at certainty all at once.
[21:11] Inul's Two Out of Fifteen
Inul shares his own version. He had a written list of criteria for a future wife, and the woman he married met two or three of them. He followed the gut feeling anyway, asked for guidance, and watched circumstances fall into place he was not financially or logistically ready for. He also names the harder side honestly, speaking about raising a disabled child and the tests that came with it.
[24:18] The Sliver of Logic
Holding up her phone and turning it sideways so viewers can see the thin edge, LaChelle says that is how much information logic has access to compared with everything available. When people talk themselves out of a knowing in order to be realistic, they are choosing the sliver over the whole picture.
[28:22] The Yes or No Practice She Runs With Clients
LaChelle explains that she teaches clients to ask their higher self yes-or-no questions every single day, starting with decisions small enough to feel silly. Training discernment on the little things is what makes it trustworthy when the big things arrive. Asked how she knows it is guidance rather than preference, she answers that she is regularly told yes to things she does not want to do.
[29:42] This or Something Better
LaChelle shares the mantra she uses with her coaching clients and on her luxury retreats: stuff just works out for me. She traces how a disappointment often turns out to be the doorway to something she could not have planned, and describes going back and asking whether that was the point. Life is working for her rather than happening to her, and everything is perfectly perfect even when the bigger picture has not arrived yet.
[31:27] Choosing the Experience Before You Arrive
LaChelle shares her belief that we co-create with God before birth, choosing the growth we want and the pressure that produces it. She does not soften this against real suffering. She names the objections out loud, the child lost to cancer, the assault, the parent killed in war, and says plainly that she does not understand another person's pain and will not disrespect it. She still believes the soul that chose the hardest circumstances is a deeply evolved one, and describes the respect she feels passing someone on a street corner.
[34:19] Staying in High Vibration When Life Is Lifing
Inul points out that people get sick, jobs disappear, and businesses crumble. LaChelle answers that everything she has described is what keeps her resilient through it, and names this as the work inside her Spiral Up program: conquering the ups and downs of life and business without dropping frequency. She believes heaven on earth is available by living in love, joy, peace, gratitude, and freedom.
[37:26] The Observer Effect
LaChelle explains the early experiments that found energy behaves as both wave and particle, and that observing it collapses the wave into physical form. Applied to a life: what you observe is what condenses. The outside world you keep experiencing is a reflection of your inner one, whether you believe it consciously or subconsciously. She uses the person who wins at everything they touch as the everyday example.
[39:25] Why There's a Delay
LaChelle explains why manifestation is not instant, using an elephant appearing outside her window in southeastern Minnesota as the example. Instant manifestation would make the world chaotic, and the delay is also protective, a gentle correction that keeps a person from being taken fully off course. She adds that the work is knowing what you want, taking action as if, and releasing the how.
[42:25] The Law of Assumption and Queen Energy
Asked for one small shift someone could make this week, LaChelle points to Neville Goddard and the law of assumption, acting as if the thing is already here. She describes her own queen energy: poised, confident, respected, warm, approachable, decisive, magnetic. Then she asks the questions she wants listeners asking themselves. How is she behaving? What is she wearing? Is she hitting snooze? Is she reacting to the difficult person, or responding?
[45:11] The Law of Choice
LaChelle closes on what she calls everyone's shared superpower. You get to choose who you are being before you act. Victim or victor, queen or something smaller, decided fresh in every moment. She notes that coherence and magnetics could fill an entire second episode.
[46:22] Where to Find LaChelle
LaChelle points listeners to her website, where they can grab the Manifesting Cheat Code, and invites anyone curious about the gap between who they want to be and how they are operating to apply for an Identity Gap Assessment, a live one-on-one she holds a few times each month.
